To which countries does UMI deliver?

At the moment Umi only sends to mainland Portugal and Islands, for other countries please contact via [email protected].

Which carrier does the deliveries?

The order is sent via CTT.

How many days does it take for my order to arrive?

Your order may take up to 10 working days to receive.

Is it really necessary to put the mobile number on the order?

The placement of the mobile number is essential for shipments to be carried out as quickly as possible. Your contact will only be placed in the guide, we do not use it for other purposes.

How can I make an exchange or return?

You have 10 days to request an exchange or return of an item. To do so, you must contact us at [email protected] with the order number and name of the item to be returned/exchanged.

How do I know if my product has already been shipped and what is the tracking number?

As soon as your order leaves our premises, you will receive an email with the confirmation and the respective tracking number.

What to do if the products I ordered arrive broken or defective?

UMI does quality control before sending the products, however we are human and sometimes something may escape us. If the product does not arrive in the desired conditions, we ask that you send us an email with your order number and product photographs so that we can analyze. In these cases, UMI is responsible for shipping the return/exchange of the products.

What are the payment methods that UMI has?

You can pay for your order using Visa, Master Card, Multibanco or MBWay.

How long is my ATM reference valid?

In order to be fair to all our customers, ATM references issued through our website expire after 24 hours. If you do not make the payment within the predefined time, your order will be canceled and you will receive an email informing you of the same.

What to do if the payment of my order is in error?

If you are having problems with the payment of your order, please send us an email to [email protected].
